Project Details: We designed and re-built a never renovated 1925 bungalow. We converted this house to a 5 bed 5 bath home with the addition of a second story. The layout is a contemporary design with traditional finishes. The great front porch and open floor plan in the front of the home make it an ideal house for entertaining and hosting. The second story addition was designed with a single story elevation to maintain the aesthetic and architectural elements that are consistent with the neighborhood and construction period. With a master suite and guest bedroom on the main floor it is a truly versatile plan for the large family with kids or empty nesters.
